Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped out by the next business day. Any order placed between Monday and Thursday will generally ship out the next day, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will generally ship out on Monday. Once the order is processed, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock and shipping would be delayed, the customer will be contacted by our customer service department via email.

Shipping

All of our shipping is done through UPS. Customers in the continental United States may select any of our shipping options. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico must select one of our 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air options. We do not ship outside the United States. (For U.S. Servicemen, please contact us via email at orders@aidauto.com to arrange for special handling of your order.)

The shipping cost is based on the weight of the order, your location, and the shipping method selected. Our standard and least expensive shipping option is UPS Ground. You can view the shipping cost for your order by going to Check Out, entering your shipping address, choosing a shipping option, and pressing "Continue." Your order is not actually placed until you enter payment information and press "Place Order" on the next page, so you are free to go back and modify the contents of your order or your shipping options.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as shipping dates when choosing the UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select shipping options.

Credit Card Information

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Our online store uses the Address Verification System (AVS) to help protect against fraud. If the AVS indicates that the billing address supplied by a customer does not match the address on the credit card being used, the customer will be contacted to confirm his or her information. If we cannot contact the customer within three days, the order will be cancelled.

Aid Auto Internet Return Policy

If you are dissatisified with your purchase, return it unused with sales slip within 30 days for a full refund…except auto electrical merchandise and tools.

Returned products that are not in salable condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incur will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered.
